  Get sent energancy medication from GP then wait for 48 hours for a text message but when you go to collect straight away they get rude and say not been done and have go wait.

  This pharmacy is an absolute shambles. Repeat prescription took 11 days to process, there is always a massive queue yet several staff chatting at the back. Swapped to a less convenient pharmacy in terms of location but already a much better service. I'd give zero star rating if I could!

  Gave up on my surgery pharmacy 0/10 & now get my prescriptions from Tesco in Lottbridge Drove, absolute polar opposite, friendly, helpful, cheerful & professional, a lovely bunch of people. 10/10. Recommended.

  I thin Tesco extra is run well- the main thing is you can get served which is more than can be said for other mainstream supermarkets

  Hands down the worst pharmacy I have ever used. Only reason I go there is because I do my shopping in Tesco’s so I can normally lose the huge wait time whilst I do my shopping. More recently though I find the queues are ridiculous and they take forever to prepare prescriptions sent in directly from the surgery. If the medication is urgent I would seriously avoid:
